Well, well, well, what do you know...

I've been doing my homework on casein today and searching around for info and what have I been seeing? Most sites that talk about casein intolerance also talk about Crohn's Disease! Oh for crying out loud, why didn't I figure this out 3 years ago?? So frustrating, but I'm so grateful that I'm finding answers and feeling better!

On another note, as you can see I've updated my blog header, I used images that are not necessarily compatible with older web browsers, so if it looks funny, update your browser! Thanks for the compliments too! :)

Really? The few people I know with Crohn's love dairy. But, then again the few people I know with Crohn's aren't doing well.

Have you tried the Turtle Mountain Purely Decadent Coconut Milk Ice Cream? Yummy!

Love the new banner and it totally fools me into thinking it's spring around here!

Glad to hear that the casein-free diet is helping you out! Isn't it remarkable when you have a few days that you actually feel "normal"? Sometimes I forget what it's like...

I still have yet to feel "normal" for more than half a day at a time, but I think I can see a light at the end of the tunnel. Maybe next week I'll get a couple days of normalcy.

That coconut ice cream is fab!

My spouse went GF/CF - he's feeling much, much better and my migraines improved (weird, but I am not arguing!)
anyway, I'm enjoying your blogroll and noticed you don't seem to have one of my GF/CF faves - Elana's Pantry.
