Rocking it

Couch to 5K Week 5 Day 2

5 minute walking warmup
8 minute run
5 minute walk
8 minute run
5 minute walking cooldown

31 minutes - 2.19 miles

DONE. The second 8 minute interval was a little bit rough but I did not stop. I can't believe I'm running 8 minutes straight. Well I better believe it because tomorrow is my 20 minute straight run. I'M SCARED!!!!!
