I've seriously been eating it every single day and didn't realize it until I looked at all my receipts!

I've been trying to eat apples instead... even thought it's not the same, hahaJenniferhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13351682131526462952noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3446114814668752328.post-11729500327633394502008-10-04T00:44:00.000-04:002008-10-04T00:44:00.000-04:00Missy, you are not alone! But, the stress of my studies makes me go for that chocolate bar (its like a bad bodyfriend). i find that making mini snacks helps me here. Use the snack ziploc and add some dried fruit, M&Ms, choc chips, nuts. its a good dessert!Katya Kosivhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04488185838293746913noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3446114814668752328.post-13353672835097801122008-10-03T19:12:00.000-04:002008-10-03T19:12:00.000-04:00I love chocolate, but it's not the most common thi...I love chocolate, but it's not the most common thing in my house, so I tend to eat it only once in awhile. Unless you're talking about chocolate-flavoured protein bars. I have those all the time... but if I have the option of fruit, it's the one I choose!Laurenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11062356325591319347noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3446114814668752328.post-67134619392383411912008-10-03T18:16:00.000-04:002008-10-03T18:16:00.000-04:00Ooh chocolate...how I wish I didn't work at a co-o...Ooh chocolate...how I wish I didn't work at a co-op.

I feel you on this blog. I just had the realization this week that I'm actually going to be gluten free for life. Not sure why it took so long to have this realization...If I had really thought about it, I would have taken a week off of work (so I could be close to the bathroom) and eaten every item containing gluten that I love. I don't think my intestine would have loved it, but it would have been a great way to end my relationship. Instead the last glutenous item I ate was a butter biscuit from Hardee's...Marlowhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08693256882140681277noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3446114814668752328.post-22940729053915816702008-10-03T15:23:00.000-04:002008-10-03T15:23:00.000-04:00Totally not ridiculous. Though
I really need to work on the chocolate thing too -- I eat it at least once a day and although it doesn't do much to my stomach, it's certainly not helping my skin.

Bad, bad, bad. Must lay off the chocolate.Lizhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07104813349541912507noreply@blogger.com
