Also "most" cheeses from Italy, France & Switzerland are made from specific cows milk containing A2 casein like Guernsey, Jersey, Charolaise or Limousin.Jamie Martin Wilsonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05820770717011607839noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3446114814668752328.post-81942511989482048872013-10-29T20:58:26.333-04:002013-10-29T20:58:26.333-04:00there is no casein in ghee. I am (just today in fact) starting to wonder if I have an intolerance to Casein. I have already eliminated most of the dairy products from my diet and now gluten products but I have found that the symptoms still exist. For example I have had a running nose all my life.

Could it that simple to feeling better by cutting out anything with casein? I'm going to have a few tests done to find out.

Thanks for sharing.Fionahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00926731076207509090noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3446114814668752328.post-5459048096825211962011-03-08T15:08:52.052-05:002011-03-08T15:08:52.052-05:00One other thing to keep in mind, is that many peop...One other thing to keep in mind, is that many people who are casein intolerant are also soy intolerant. The proteins are chemically similar. Sometimes the elimination of diary AND soy is necessary.Stephaniehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01984273760042196097noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3446114814668752328.post-78340787601570685702010-05-24T11:34:01.465-04:002010-05-24T11:34:01.465-04:00Casein is in ALL dairy. But casein intolerance requires the elimination of all dairy.Jenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09328935611151957460noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3446114814668752328.post-48078140523202364182010-05-17T01:39:24.514-04:002010-05-17T01:39:24.514-04:00I like your photograph -- you're a nice lookin...I like your photograph -- you're a nice looking chick.
