I treated it like raw batter that needed the extra's and it turned out pretty good. It hit the spot. But I have heard that Pamela's is better.. I am trying this recipe listed added to hers and will let you know.Grace and Mercyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16414359467748568000noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3446114814668752328.post-30603399902375562222009-02-04T11:58:00.000-05:002009-02-04T11:58:00.000-05:00Funny your post is about muffins. So this past weekend, I was looking for something to bake and found a muffin recipe on the bag of Pamela's pancake mix. I added fresh blueberries and they were delish! Even my daughter and husband loved them. We ate them all that day! The recipe only makes 6 muffins, so I will definitely try doubling it next time!Lisahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09176117971864530272noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3446114814668752328.post-33467043003856209912009-02-03T22:04:00.000-05:002009-02-03T22:04:00.000-05:00I've made muffins by adapting regular muffin recip...I've made muffins by adapting regular muffin recipes to make them gluten free using either Arrowhead Mills GF all purpose flour or Pamela's pancake mix. It's always worked for me. Granted, I don't have a muffin pan, so I end up making breakfast "breads" out of them.

Also, let's get together again sometime (perhaps somewhere between us this time so you don't have to drive so far?)...no superbowl necessary.sallybranwynhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02073864862484558830noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3446114814668752328.post-90892825547994035452009-02-03T13:39:00.000-05:002009-02-03T13:39:00.000-05:00I'm glad they stuck together at least. Unfortunately, they're a bit pricey and high in sugar. I must figure out how to replicate them!Lizhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07104813349541912507noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3446114814668752328.post-27169515780020201472009-02-03T12:35:00.000-05:002009-02-03T12:35:00.000-05:00Yeah, "decent" wasn't my first choice of descripti...Yeah, "decent" wasn't my first choice of descriptive words, but I don't think they're that bad. The chocolate chips cover the taste of the muffin itself, but I probably won't use this mix again. I'm terrible at giving bad food reviews. I'll have to try the 365 mix!Jenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09328935611151957460noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3446114814668752328.post-40607854578652122552009-02-03T12:32:00.000-05:002009-02-03T12:32:00.000-05:00I bought this mix too when I was craving chocolate...I bought this mix too when I was craving chocolate chip muffins. I made them, took a bite of one, and then threw them away. Lol! I didn't really like this mix. I'm more partial to the Whole Foods 365 muffin mix.Stephhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13956310629784601429noreply@blogger.com
